REFUND POLICY

7-Day Returns We offer a simple 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Condition Required To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs In the case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns (e.g., size change or style preference), the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

How to Initiate To start a return, simply email us at support@striwon.com with your Order ID. We will review your request and guide you on where to ship the product.

Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
